Senior Account Director needed in London

Ear to the Ground is embarking on a major investment drive after a great year featuring Premiership football and Olympics wins. Our current client list includes Nike, Manchester City and Samsung and we need to attract exciting energetic people that can help take the agency to the next level.
We’re after a senior candidate with client management and integrated brand comms experience. A live background with digital understanding will help communicate how live consumer interactions can drive bigger conversations for our clients.
A strategic approach is crucial in converting project wins into fully developed accounts. This will be pivotal in pitch development, building client relationships and taking responsibility for leading, building and developing the team to deliver innovative work for our clients.
Working alongside the MD, you will be responsible for setting agency standards, building team morale and driving the growth of the London offer with full operational support from the Manchester HQ.
As well as agency experience you must display a keen interest in contemporary culture with some experience in sport and sport marketing preferred. Insight into the spheres of sponsorship activation and or branded content would be an asset. The most important skill will be to understand, communicate and deliver on the value of using activations around sport and music platforms to engage fans and change their patterns of behaviour.
